Types of valve bags we supply
BOPP laminated PP woven valve bag
PP woven fabric laminated with BOPP film, square block bottom, full-colour print. Strong, moisture-resistant, stacks well on pallets. For cement, dry mortar, tile adhesive, gypsum.
Valve bag with paper or PE liner
BOPP laminated woven outer with a kraft paper and/or PE film inner liner. Double moisture barrier and less dust during filling — for Portland cement, white cement, sea freight and humid climates.
Kraft paper valve bag (3 paper + 1 PE)
Three plies of extensible sack kraft plus one PE ply, external self-sealing valve, square bottom. The standard bag of European and CIS cement plants. Fully recyclable.
Paper-plastic composite bag
Kraft paper laminated to PP woven fabric — kraft look with woven strength. Valve or stitched mouth.

Valve bags — questions
What is a valve bag?
A valve bag is closed on both ends and filled through a small valve in one corner. The packing machine fills it through the valve, and the valve closes under the weight of the product — no stitching or sealing needed. This makes valve bags the standard for cement and dry mix.
Which valve bag is better — PP woven or kraft paper?
BOPP laminated PP valve bags are stronger, resist moisture and survive long transport and outdoor storage. Kraft paper valve bags are cheaper per filling on high-speed lines and fully recyclable. We help you choose based on your product, packing machine and route.
What is the minimum order for valve bags?
From 10,000 bags per design. Production takes 18–45 days after the print layout is approved. Paid samples are available before a full order.
